We ship to all over Israel. You are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping addresses including street number, street name, suite or apartment number, zip code and phone number. If a parcel comes back due to an incorrect address, we will have to charge to reship it.

Your package will be hand delivered to all places in Israel excluding select places such as moshavim and yishuvim. (to find out which method we use to your destination, please contact us

In the case of moshavim and yishuvim, the packages will be sent to the closest post office and the recipient will be given a unique package number with which they will be able to pick up the package.

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, a note will be left for him/her informing him/her of the missed delivery. The note will also provide contact details for our shipping service so that arrangements can be made with the delivery service to deliver the package a second time.

We estimate that all packages will get to their destination, the week of/before Purim.

Note: in some cases, packages may not reach the intended recipient until after Purim.

Such cases include, the recipient not picking up the package from the postal office (in the case of moshavim and yishuvim) or the recipient not being home at the time of delivery and our delivery service needing to redeliver it at another date.

We do try and do everything in our power so that the packages arrive before Purim, but sometimes (as in the above 2 cases) it is out of our control.
