DELIVERY METHOD

You are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping addresses including street number, street name, suite or apartment number, zip code and Israeli (non VOIP) phone number. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery until after Purim. If a parcel comes back due to an incorrect address, we will have to charge to reship it.

Your package will be hand delivered to the cities listed above. If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, the driver will call then and ask where to leave the package. If there is no answer, the package will be left at the door. We can take no responsibility for what happens to it after it is left. The best option therefore is to give an address for the recipient where someone is usually home ex. workplace instead of home if no one is home during the day.
