Cancelling an Order

As soon as an order is received it is sent to our vendors, therefore an order cannot be cancelled once it has been completed.

Refund an Order

If a package has not reached the recipient in time for Purim a full refund will be given within one week after Purim providing the following:

• We were provided with the correct and complete shipping address, including street number, street name, suite or apartment number and phone number.
• No attempt had been made by our delivery service to contact the recipient (if our delivery service had left a notice and or a phone call message due to the recipient not being home, and the recipient ignored the messages, no refund will be given)
• The order was made before our "in time for Purim" time frame.
